Nereids, greek mythology figures and daughters of Nereo and Doride.
Nereids were sea nymphs, considered sacred and protectors of a place, eternally young creatures with kindly nature, who seduced mortals, gods and heroes.
They were part of Poseidon court and represented like harmonious dancers, with pearls-adorned hair and floating veils, or straddling dolphins and seahorses.
Actea was the nymph of the shore and sea coast inhabitant.
